100% agree, we look a completely different team with him out there. Noticed when he was on one of his runs with the ball, he had dragged 3 defenders with him, still too shit scared to dive in. Unfortunately as with most of City's play, we are too damn slow in passing to take advantage of the space he opens up.

Step 1: Give ball to Tevez.

Step 2: ??????????

Step 3: Profit.

Well i wasnt expecting that.

At 2 nil i thought they would either drop and we would get 1 or they would attack us and we counter for 3-0.

Didnt expect 5. Tevez came on and made all the difference.

Dzeko's play towards the end was very encouraging.

I think now whoever wins the arse v scum match will be our competition at wembley. What a fairytale it will be to winour first trophy of the new era against the scum at wembley.

To be honest though Dzeko should have buried that last chance to make it 6:0... good safe by Nelson but still should score.

Could have been 8-1 or 2 Lol. Two good penalties turned down and Notts County deserved at least a goal.

Inexcusable shite for first 20 minutes. My suspicion is that however hard the management say 'no complacency' it's very difficult to get the team up and at it for a game like this.

Much better corner kicks from Kolarov and County were even more shite than us defending set pieces. LOL

I'm convinced that a player who plays well in a strong foreign league can do well in the Premiership PROVIDED they have the right attitude. Robinho never really wanted to play in this country and wasn't prepared to get over the initial shock of the physical aspects of our league. Dzeko, on the other hand, really looks up for it and had his best game for the club today. Pity about the missed one on one but I'm sure he'll be a great success here. As for Balotelli what can one say; very worrying signs that he's just not up for it. For one thing he gets too many yellow cards and Mancini has to consider hauling him off to make sure he doesn't get sent off.

Decent draw in the FA Cup. We should beat Villa and in the quarter finals you can only ask for a home draw. Still if our attitude isn't spot on in both matches we won't reach the semi finals. At their best Villa and Everton are decent teams.

Vieira MoTM is quite funny. As a midfield performance goes he was pretty crap but the 2 goals were crucial I spose. I though Micah played well and Lescott had a good game but nothing too much to say about the rest of them

That's a pretty good synopsis, Mr H; spot on in fact, although I suppose, at a pinch, you might just add that Zabaleta was his usual industrious self.

There can be little doubt about that now.

Weren't we 2:0 up before Tevez came on?

Did I mention we cant score (also debatable).

We cant play mate.

Is the 'InceScummer' a fully paid up member of the Avram Grant school of miserable looking managers ??

Even in the first 20-25 minutes when his team were causing us the most problems, he still looked as though he'd dropped his wallet down a grate.

He should buddy up with Ballotelli.

By the way... Attendance 27,276 tonight... don't think the club needs to think about making the Stadium bigger for a while... :(

Nonsense, we were 2-0 up when he came on and strolling.

Aston villa at home, without teves? 4-0 and could have been eight.

Teves is an impact player, that's true.

Perhaps he is miserable because he realises he is paul ince.

He was the MOTM in my opinion. He's been MOTM on countless occasions and the first name on the team sheet.

I wouldn't call him an impact player. Actually, I wouldn't call him Teves either :)
