Their striker looks knackered already, I can't see him managing the whole game

I've already muted the commentary and turned on some tunes. The urge to smash someone in the face is slowly going away. It seems they're trying to wind up every city fan watching.

Thought we should have seen some change in Balo's behaviour by now after another 6months+ under Mancini.. but does not look all that much better:-( Still saw glimpses of great linkup with Dzeko/Silva.

I dont think we will ever see the return on the amount we paid for Balo, the same as many of the players we have spunked so much cash on over the last 2 years.
It really shows in games like this how we miss player like NDJ and Kompany, players that give their all for every 50/50 and then some.

Trouble with Yaya is that he isn't a great midfield playmaker who will control the game for you. He seems much better when given a more free attacking role but if left ,as he is with Vieira ,to make the play he is very limited. He can keep possession reasonably well but rarely ever seems to have the key passes in his game until he gets further forward.

I'd give my left bollock for Alonso in our side.

ITV makes me sick, the bias of the commentator with its disappointed undertone.
so now as every enemy circles our city
sour and sore, we swear war

Good post.

Because he managed to bung one in doesn't mean he's worthwhile.

And Balotelli stands watching as a County player rushes off with the ball...

Lovely bit of skill from Silva. What a player he is.

Well, that's a relief. We still look a long way off from turning the corner, though.
