TBF to Balotelli, there was a player in Italy effected by a similar thing a couple of weeks ago. They'd put something on the grass to make it appear greener. whether they did this in Kiev is another matter.

EDIT: just seen zavis post.

Dont feel quite as confident now

yeah, looks like i was deceived, presuming xavi's got that from somewhere kosher.

well, with the exception of yaya, that's a hardworking team. win 1-0 or lose 3-0 i reckon.

to be honest, in the system bobby plays i'm not in the slightest surprised that milner gets the nod for chelsea away.

I'm going to be pessimistic and say we're fucked with that lineup. It'll be arses to the wall again like at the Emirates.

A horrible 90 minutes awaits.

Tevez hasn't scored in 7 games, in that time we have lost one, drawn one and won five.

Not as concerned.

If we had Milner in the middle with AJ on the right/left i'd feel much better.

But that said come out fighting and we have a great chance!

I agree with this, I don't think we've got a prayer on current form - hoping to be proved wrong!

not too fussed about the carlos absence great chance for dzeko, what i will say is that when carlos ain't playing well, or missing out all together, mario normally gets the goals. so neither of them playing worries me.

Tevez being out is a massive blow to us at the most important part of the season, let alone this fucking game.

No pace whatsoever in attack. I'll be amazed if we win this - I think he should have started Balo TBH. Like someone said, he either steps up to the plate now or moves on, but excluding him for one game, especially in light of Tevez being out serves no purpose IMO.

i'm really worried as tevez has been our biggest threat against chelsea the last three meetings and dzeko isn't exactly playing well atm i guess lets hope for the best. COME ON CITY!!!

they said they don't want to risk anything. if this groin situation was to go worse he could've missed 4-5 weeks.

Over than Micah there is no pace at all in that lineup. Still, will be tough to break down that midfield. Looks like Bobs going for a draw?
