Anyone else see Torres getting the winner today. Irony so thick the dippers would choke on it

So this thread will be all about Scouse Chelsea game I guess till that is over and our start?

Why don't we keep that in this weeks games thread and keep this here for our game? ... or have a separate thread for their game if it's going to be everywhere in all three threads ...

The one real danger Palace have is hunchy Puncheon coming inside onto his left and shooting/crossing. If our pre-match analysis is any good our defence and especially left back will be fully briefed.

3-1 win for us but I see the victims winning also. Season over thanks to Sunderland at home and the obvious other fuck-ups at Cardiff an Villa.

I think this is our toughest game, considering the injuries to Everton, i fear we may get nothing more than a draw here 1-1.

I know lots of people don't like Pulis *Cough* Club Shop Wanker *Cough* but I do find myself having a lot of respect for him. He brought Stoke up and he made them hard to beat, especially for us, and then goes to Palace while at the bottom of the league and leads them to where they are now.

You're doing a good job Mr Pulis, think of today as just a blip.

Hopefully saying that straight after the game ;-)

A lot of money being put on Crystal Palace at 7/1.A Liverpool win will see these odds slashed.Must admit they are very attractive odds.

Last chance Saloon for Milner?
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Agree, too many times he's started and looked poor but been very good/excellent when coming into a game off the bench.

He needs to come out of the traps hard today and be focused 100%

surprisingly defensive starting 11 today. Garcia over Fern. Milner in.

He's such an uneven player. He can have spells of several games where he sets the world alight and then fade just as quickly. He can be there from the start of the game and influence a game and he can just as well just be there an take up space without really contributing. I love him more or less, there'd be plenty of saloons if I could call the shots. Pelle, not so much love I think.
