God I love this club! Great, great performance today, walked away as deserved champions.

In a post-match interview, Gallagher was right when he said he'd never get used to days like today. It'll always be an impossible dream in my mind but here we are, doing the impossible.

CTID!! Love this club! Nothing out there like it!

Fantastic performance today - calm, controlled. No panicking.

We showed what champions are made of!

I feel sick.... Coupe if pints before the game, tension of the match and excitement of the win, now I've just run for the train. Bastard drove off as he saw us coming, must be a rag driver.

I just loved the way we have sat behind the pack in 3rd or 4th place nearly all season and let them get all the hype and attention, then when it mattered we just strolled up and took it away :-)

Pellers has done an amazing job winning a title so soon. Plus the added impact to family members that have passed away...I salute you old chap.

I thought that went quite well.

Respect to West Ham fans for staying behind for the presentation. Class.

Engineered this.

We comported ourselves like our manager just like we did with the passionate maniacal finish in 2012.

Who says managers don't influence results?

Immense today, a joy to watch.

For me we did pretty much what we did against Villa, but with maybe a little less caution. The players clearly knew that they'd manage a point without breaking sweat, and that a win was on the cards. Of course this time we scored in the first half to relieve the pressure even more, but the patience and belief was there for all to see.

I never really felt that West Ham would score, and like Villa they barely created a chance. A greedy part of me would like to have seen two more goals, and I think we'd have all loved to see Kun hit the winner.

At around 75 minutes I knew we'd done enough. Can't remember who was commentating on NBC but he said that West Ham would be happy to have three chances, let alone three goals. From that moment the sheer joy crept in, and the feeling of knowing we'd done it without the stress of 2012 made a huge difference. My worry was that Andy Carroll would play the game of his life, I'm not sure if he even played.

There is no question that we deserved this. In fairness to the dippers they made a fight out of it, but that only served to make today sweeter. I still think that Rodgers is a prick, and Suarez remains a racist cheat. The rest of the dippers? Well they're professional footballers and I feel no malice really, but when it came down to the wire they weren't good enough and we were.

What is now without doubt is that we are the dominant team not just in Manchester, but in England. We must now press on to performing in the Champions League. As yet we I don't feel we can win it, but we should be looking at the semi-finals next season. The summer will bring a few changes for sure, but we have a great manager at the helm.

We're only just beginning golden era of blue.

Well, that was a lot easier than two years ago wasn't it?

Must admit that the last couple of months had me from despair to joy to despair to elation. Once we'd lost against Liverpool I thought that was it, but there were also some similarities to 2012 in that:

* we won the last games we needed to, starting off on both occasions with West Brom at home
* our title rivals slipped up in a Sunday game before us, and we won 2-0 away straight afterwards
* we had a tricky away game near the end which we came out with a win out of

Once Kompany had scored for 2-0, I knew that was it, and I could relax a bit more. Might have been nice to get 104 and break Chelski's record for goals scored, but I'll take the 2-0 win and league title any day of the week.

As a seasoncard holder I don't normally take a camera in with me but took my little one in today to capture the moment. Several of the pics are now here:

Professional performance today and never close to slipping up (even though I was still nervous as fuck). Proud of the team and especially happy for Pellegrini. What a class act. Nothing will ever triumph the feeling after we won it at the death two years ago but damn it feels good to be Champions. All the best to fellow blues today! We have a team and club to be immensely proud of.

Job done. I love being a Blue & love this team. These are the days of our lives as City fans.

A fun summer ahead but this one will be savoured for a long time. A huge hangover today but god it was worth it.
