Hi all,

Sorry for being a bit late this year. Have been laying low with internet stuff for a while due to a lot of stuff going on off-line. Both good and bad.

Nevertheless, I have now renewed the mancitfans.net league for the Fantasy football:

Most of you should have the league automatically appear now that it's been activated again. If not, the code to join is xhnviw.

Due to a lack of interest the last couple of season (I've won twice ina row for fuck's sake!!!) I won't create a head-2-head.

I have Kiwi Blues wanting to join leagues but I cant see the code anywhere

Isn’t that a bit like an athlete winning a race, getting a positive PED test, and then saying he forgot about that rule? And that it’s a bullshit rule that you’re using against me, just because I won by using PEDs? And anyway, the PEDs are lame and have been for ages?

I see another rag has found employment with a top-10 team. This time it’s Martial turning out for Phil Odin this afternoon. Why do they do it?

The rule should be revised to reflect the current state of football, Liverpool players should be banned, rags are irrelevant now.

Rags are banned. That's the rules, and if you don't like them you can always just join some other cuntish league with lower standards.

As I see it, the problem with the view that using rags in your fantasy team isn’t like gaining an advantage by illegal doping is that it seems to suggest implicitly that those who do choose to use rags (including, currently, 1st, 3rd & 4th in our league) are deliberately giving themselves a disadvantage by so doing. That just seems a bit unlikely to me.

Anyway, use of rags is still banned as far as I’m aware, so whether or not it gives an advantage is pretty much beside the point.
