Yes he's been playing regularly and well for them. His value has doubled since we sold him

He’s in the squad isn’t he?

Cannot see us taking him if he had no chance to play in a semi or final? Warm weather training for a week as well

Named in the squad but didn't travel with them. Reports saying he'll join up with them later. Has allegedly told friends that he fears he won't be fit to take part.

No chance he will play. Normally takes a few games to get back into form we dont have the time. Wouldn't rush him back either next season will come soon enough.

Fucked it off !

Loads going though , good luck to them

I really don't understand why people would want to travel to Portugal for this when there is 0% chance of getting into the games - just save your £1000 and have a good piss up at home!

I think a lot of die hard fans are really missing the buzz and this an opportunity to get away from things . Money isn’t a problem either for a lot of fans as most have had nothing to spend it on during lockdown.

Eight teams,

Barcelona, City, Leipzig, München, Lyon ,Atalanta, PSG, Athletico.

So all these Covid plagued Cities converge on Lisbon ( well perhaps not all eight ).

City fans who have already been in Spain recently ( now Mainland Spain is locked), want to go to Lisbon , just to watch in a pub in Lisbon. er, not just City fans , Probably from all the other Countries.

Catalonia, locked down . Greater Manchester - lockdown. Bayern . near to Munich Isolation. Lyon ( don't know) PSG ? Bonking Boris is talking about
putting France and Switzerland on his list ( he can't be serious). Atalanta from the home of the first European lockdown in February. Leipzig.... Still suffering from the mid forties.

Potential fans from dubious Covid regions all sitting in the pubs in Lisbon. Well done UEFA !

Could easily have had Saturday - Wednesday, Saturday - Wednesday -- semis , one on one in two weeks and the final the following Sunday in Istanbul ( "Istanbul we are coming ,,,, ,but we don't know when " ) five games for the finalists but so what - these are fit players and squads

Airheads.

Honestly find it hard to believe people are flying anywhere at present for the purpose of a holiday or their own enjoyment.

Do you all want to see Mendy, Zinch, or Cancelo at LB vs Lyon? Tough decision. All are wank.

I come in peace....you just need to step away from that statement and really analyse what you’re saying.
Really ??? enjoyment....holiday ????. I despair.

Very well put Sparklehorse. Green & Blues post typifies why society in the UK is completely broken . If we don’t try to move forward and at the very least try to enjoy ourselves within the boundaries available then the western world is truly fucked forever imho .

By flying to mix with other communities you’re increasing the risk for your own. It depends how you look at it: if it’s I want to enjoy myself then it makes sense but if it’s I want to do my bit to protect society then it makes little sense.
Britain seems quite divided on this one as with Brexit

At present I don’t think your doing yourself or anyone else any favours travelling abroad. It’s about as selfish as you can get if you ask me. This is only my opinion on the matter.

If you were travelling for family/medical reasons etc then fair enough.

Oooh touchy subject.

So this assumes:

1) covid actually exists
2) if it does, you can have had it and still be a carrier.

If it does exist - I had it in March. The amount of people I've across since may I would have caught it either a first or second time. So if I was to travel somewhere that makes me selfish?

Should have saved my joy for a protest or cup winning party;)

You not leaving your house then mate?

Dangerous wrapping yourself in cotton wool instead of building up your immunity. Look at Sweden.
