Upa looks class and at 21 can be coached to get even better. Makes much more sense than Kouli

With the money Napoli will ask we can get him.
Ahem (cough), I'm pretty sure brought it up on this thread early this week, take a gamble on him and forget Kobs.

Fair play to you. From what I saw tonight, I would rather him than Koub

I only saw him for the first time last night tbf however, I would say that he knocks spots off Mamgala with how comfortable he was on the ball and breaking out of defence. Worth another look for me there will be / are plenty interested

To be honest, Mangala was a fucking weird subject.
He was a big game type of player, always super decent vs top players, but beyond shit with small teams. Like really beyond.

He was decent against any striker who wanted to stand up and battle him. Think Ibra in one of his early games - Mangala bullied him. Against quick moving strikers he was in the main bobbins. Not comfortable at all with the ball at his feet and that could not have been trained into him so never had a future under Pep. The Leipzig kid looks to be up for the fight - he gave mad-arse Cista fuck all last night, but also came out from the back consistently well with the ball at his feet - bit of a one trick pony with his dr[p of the shoulder routine but maybe I'm being harsh

When Costa was on fire at Chelsea the Mang had him in his back pocket.

Yeah, it was his debut. 1-1 with Fat Frank scoring for us.

I’m starting to wonder if we’re gonna end up signing messi this summer after last night - a good couple of years of messi in the premier league, everyone (except Barca fans) would want to see that surely

Surely not? One of the main reasons that Farca are in this mess is his influence over things. Could you imagine the circus he would bring with him if he came here.
It's a no from me. Let's go all out for Mbappe

He wouldn't have that sort of influence here, especially with Guardiola around. We are not in Barca's position whereas they desperately need him. Nor are we like PSG who bent over backwards for Neymar.

We seriously do not want to sign Messi. He is so self centred on and off the field.
Wall to wall lazy arsed play unless there is something in it for him.
Used to be brilliant - now just a burden on a team. big fat NO.

Agreed however, I doubt he would come and play second fiddle to anyone. A couple of years ago, we may have taken a chance on him but that ship has sailed

25 goals and 21 assists last season just in La Liga. Too fuckin right I’d have him for a couple of years!! Not just for the goals and assists - but what he could teach players like Foden would be fantastic.
He won’t leave Barca though. And he’d only come here if Pep extended.
