I for one am very concerned about the possibility of Bernie going this summer. Barely featured recently and there are rumours, albeit paper ones, that clubs abroad are sniffing round.

Has he fallen foul of Pep somehow?

Similar thing happened to Sane. Class one season, then barely given a sniff. Someone will pull up some stats showing total matches played, but the fact is he started 23 premier league matches and that’s not good enough for our former POTS.

Probably because Bernardo has been absolute shit when he has played

OTT. He’s been “shit” a handful of times. He’s been decent most of the time, just not at the levels he was the season before. But that often happens when you’re in and out of the team.

He’s a quality player. He’d have been far more effective than Fernandinho last night. Tireless energy. Playing in his own country. Bags of invention. Can score a goal from nowhere.

Okay, you're right. That was OTT. He was still decent but Id argue not good enough to displace Sterling and Mahrez on the wings this season

Agree with Sterling and Mahrez. But a lot of the time this season we’ve been crying out for some dynamic play in the middle and some energy. Bernardo is perfect for that and showed he can play there a few times 18/19
