Citys best team known since December:

Aguero
Mahrez sterling
Kev bernard

Dinho
Lb laporte Garcia walker

How many times have we played that?

Foden to rotate on the left (mahrez going right when sterling off it)

Marginalised Bernardo and foden

Dropped Garcia in December now hes probably off

Gundo is wank. And dinho adds more in midfield that rodri.

If you're using that team since December then you'd be struggling.
Laporte was injured. Everyone on this board wanted Sterling out from December until after lockdown. Ferns days as a defensive midfielder are plainly over.
Bernardo has not been the same player since the whole situation with Mendy.

I agree with squad rotation.

I really do, it is a good way to keep your team happy and in form. If you play non stop with the same players, fatigue will come near the end, when you need to be fit. I don't buy the Liverpool example, I still think something is wrong there with their regime.

Now, going back to squad rotation, I agree on it, but not the way Pep does it, most of all with the defence. When they are shaddy and don't have, at the moment, a connection, non stop changes really fucks everything up.

I see Yaya tour PeP to shreds over his management style and claims players don't like him (That piece is in the daily fail comic )

Pretty scathing piece

Yaya Toure says Pep Guardiola’s failure to win the Champions League is ‘strange and disappointing’ and questions whether it could be time for a change of managers at Manchester City. City crashed out of Europe in a surprise 3-1 loss to Lyon as they were knocked out in the quarter-finals of the competition for a third consecutive season. Despite winning two Premier League titles and an FA Cup during his four-year spell at the club, spending almost £700 million in the process, Guardiola is yet to win Europe’s top prize. City crashed out of the Champions League against Lyon Toure – who played under the Spaniard at Barcelona and City – believes Guardiola was brought to Manchester to deliver the Champions League, and the fact he hasn’t done so could spark a change at the Etihad.
‘The manager has been signed to bring this trophy,’ Toure told Sky Sports. ‘When you see opponents like Liverpool and other clubs win it without doing a lot of work in the transfer market, it’s quite strange and disappointing. ‘He’s been brought to the club to get massive trophies for them. At the moment it’s not been delivered in the way they want. ‘Everybody knows Pep is a great manager, but at the moment, when things aren’t going their way, sometimes is it time maybe to change? I don’t know, we will see.’

Pep was brought in to win the chumps league without a doubt. His end of season review this year will not be a good one having been left to concentrate on the chumps league, he again, massively over-thought it. He can rightly point to some terrible decisions against scouse but against spurs he left KDB out thinking he could get by at home, we were ripped off again by VAR but there was no excusing Son's two goals. Lyon was a total fuck up from Pep - he got it so wrong and I would hope that the powers that be have let him know this
Can anyone say that they would trust him not to make the same mistake next time? Not me but we will have to wait and see

And Vincent Kompany
" City need to keep hold of Pep for as long as possible".
Funny isn't it Carl how you say Yaya can't be a legend because of all the problems he caused off the pitch but you can't wait to quote him when he has a go.
I wonder if David Silva will have a go now he's gone.
I doubt it somehow.

Yep, i understand very well how it works. It's for fans to give their opinions.
Your problem is anytime somebody's opinion differs from yours you go on the attack and revert to your usual calling.
I'm definitely not thick but clearly not as clever as you so who would you have to replace Pep and do a better job. Let's all have a laugh.

Awwww...little liberal lefty's feelings are hurt because he didn't like some news being posted

Do you want a hug ?

FYI - I would stick with Baldie, as long as he stops trying to fix what doesn't need fixing, and if it persists then, like lots of Blues , Id want him replaced.

Now give your little liberal lefty mate, below your post, a nice hug and a squeeze of his buttock.

And yet there are still some who regard him as a fuckign club legend !!

I always said - good behavior off the pitch is a factor that has to be taken into account for legendary status.

Absolutely Yaya was a fantastic footballer, but theres more to it. Some of the stupid stuff he has said. He would have been, and still is, better off keeping his mouth shut.

Some fans think it doesn't matter what you do or say off the pitch that would affect awarding a legendary status.

My feelings aren't hurt, you can't see how stupid you are that you call Yaya for always stirring things up then call it "news" when he spouts off.
Now, along with the lots of Blues who would you replace him with if he doesn't stop trying to fix what doesn't need fixing.

Watch on youtube.com

I never liked YAYA for spouting off during his time with us and it clouded a lot of the good he did on the pitch , for me at least , but whenever he has found time to slate us or the manager I usually found it and posted it on here so the issue could be discussed (Follow me so far ? )................... this time his mouthy comment was about PePs management straight after our loss to Lyon , so guess what ,shock horror , his comment found itself in this thread.......this thread that's all about PeP...HENCE.....it was posted in this thread !

Now then...have you squeezed your mates buttocks and given him a hug ?

So that's TWICE you've not been able to answer a simple question.
If i had to squeeze the buttocks of everyone who thinks you're full of shit I'd be twice round The Etihad.

Not only this but also the behaviour of people that represent the player. (For example I STILL have no idea who represents Dave Silva or 'Kun' Aguero in contract discussions etc).
