Mendy/Zinch have played about five times more matches than him.

Have to agree there. Angelino puts many crosses in , many pointless crosses in too ! His crosses are awful and vary rarely reach their target and i must say i sometimes wonder what he is thinking of pumping a high ball in, to midgets like sterling and Kun - they really have to be inch perfect passes . Mendy tends to play crosses in along the ground.

Didn’t he get an assist in the QTR final for RB from a cross/pull back? Maybe it’s a problem with the fact we never ever have anyone in the box attacking

Angelino got an assist every other game in the CL for RB.

He also got the same amount of assists as Mendy in less league games.

Correct me if I am wrong but didn’t that world class winger who plays for the rags tear Angelino a new one ? Forget his name, oh that’s it Dan James

Whoa there I think Mendy is fucking diabolical, just because I am not convinced about Angelino doesn’t mean I default to a Mendy fan ffs, Mendy is a fucking joke, I still remember Geordies laughing at him, he must go down has one of our worst signings in recent history

Yeah I agree. I just don’t think Ange was given a fair run in the team. Every new signing (see Rodri) was forced in to the team and given a shed load of matches to get used to Peps system and tactics. For some reason that wasn’t allowed to Ange.

Yeah, I agree, but the point you make is relevant to our defence all season, for me a fundamental is a settled defence, sadly we have not had that this season.

I do think it would have been a lot more settled had Laporte not got injured. Walker is probably one of the first on the team sheet, same with Laporte. We just need to sort out the other CB and LB.

This for me aswell. Pick four and stick with them. 90% of the league games we coast, I get that the FBs are expected to cover a lot of ground but only in the other 10% & especially not at home where no fucker comes out against us

Arteta is doing what Klopp does, not what His mentor has done. Look at the squad remove the deadwood the had enough chances merchants, get rid of the egotistical twats. Get players in who buy in. As much as I love pep, the Muller comments are correct about Pep. It gets to a point it is overthinking, The Madrid defeat and ours v Spus and Lyon were self inflicted.
Bayern might get done tonight, but they look meaner they play faster and are building are dynamic side, still cunts. PSG win it they will take some stopping with that to build on. If Pep is not staying what are we buying and what’s the plan 12 months let me have another go. That is very unlike our owners - I hope we are not appeasing Pep. Even he is not sack proof. Scousers start fast we start slow, it could be a shit show again.

Peps previous club are favourites in the champs league final - that should open a few eyes.

Whats the point of this? That they got good after Pep left? If so you couldnt be more wrong. After Pep left they struggled in Europe and burned through Ancelotti, Heynckes, and Kovac before lucking into Flick. Pep leaving crushed Bayern and if they were in a domestic league with legitimate challengers it wouldve been more obvious.

Then theres Barca who have been a shambles since Pep left especially in Europe. Only one brilliant season of the MSN got them a post-Pep CL trophy.
Tito: 13 months in charge
Martino: 10 months in charge
Enrique (with MSN): 3 yrs
Valverde: 2.5 yrs
Setien: 8 months

Your comment is as bad as some rag tabloid with an agenda.

So we stick with pep and still get the same results as his previous clubs?

What point are you making here? Have you not noticed we’ve been as bad or worse than both in Europe since pep has been here? Or are you such a Pep cultist you’d rather point out other failures rather than his?

One thing is not up for debate - PeP fucked up in the CL, like he has done since hes been with us,and even his players are alluding to that fact..its not even up for debate anymore.

If we are honest a few top managers can win the premiership for us..we did it with lessor teams with Mancini and Pellegrini and IMO the premiership was far more competitive back then than as it has been the last 2 years...only the Dippers have been an obstacle if we are totally honest.

If PeP fucks up in the CL next season hes gone..100%
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"
