For a player with a release clause of 125M who is the most hyped young Portuguese player in awhile who also scored an insane amount of goals for Porto's youth set up yes, I would say it is a good deal. Remember, 40M today isn't what 40M was 3-4 years ago. Now top players go for 60m minimum which might've been 45M 3-4 years ago.

He will be 30 by the end of this season. If we are going to sign him it needs to be this year or never but for me never, he would never replace Aguero. Hes been a one in four man his whole career, while i dont doubt hes a half decent prem striker he most definitely isnt the answer to replacing kun. I dont know what that answer is but signing Jiminez would be akin to signing Bony. He had proved it in the prem the season before we signed him too!

Barca will be having a fire Sale, They are skint. Most of the squad are up for sale. Messi staying means 130 mill Griezman is surplus. Koeman and the President are 9 months from being booted out. Shambles until Election and Xavi arrives. If Laporta throws his hat in it could be very interesting for us ?
