Getting embarrassing this now. For us and them - us because we can’t keep hold of them and them because they think they’re as good as Sancho and it’s that easy.

How many actually succeed after leaving? Sancho is the only success as far as I can remember. Brahim loaned to Milan after failing at Real. What happenned to that Rabbi Matondo?

A lot of English clubs are losing young players. That Angel Gomes guy left the rags. Bellingham left Birmingham, although that was for huge money. The German talent pipe seems to have dried up so they are targetting English palyers it seems.

They will have to pay us compensation fee but no mention of how much yet, he has the same "advisor" as Sancho apparently a guy called Emeka Obasi

Exactly. Iheanacho is another. Lopez. Unal. Gunn. Huws. Rekik. There are others. The academy is our ATM.

I think a lot mentioned Notts we actually sold, rather than the player choosing to leave.

It’s more that it’s becoming a trend with the current crop, that they feel they won’t have an opportunity here. That’s massively concerning - whether they make it or not.

We’ll get peanuts for this kid that’s gone - like we did with Sancho. How much is Sancho worth now?

We cant keep nor play them all. As mentioned above this is our ATM, which I am slightly uncomfortable with.

If we can’t identify the ones that are going to make it, that need ‘special’ attention, then we’ve not got the people in the right roles. I know that’s not the case because I know for a fact how much the club have let Foden’s family get away with and how they’ve bent over backwards for him at a very early age.

Apart from Sancho, and now Foden who actually made it, I'm talking about the real deal? to be fair the club tried bending backwards for Sancho, they were going to make him the highest paid kid in the league, the only thing they couldn't promise him is first team football. I can understand the club's stance, don't make promises you can't fulfill, it's all hindsight, he's a one off freak of nature to develop so rapidly. As for Dortmund, they are good at developing young players but there is a cost to their metholodigy; they'll always be Munich's feeder club and bitches

I think conceding an unnecessary corner rather pales into insignificance with the keeper error that followed. Carlos was Sevilla's MoM and you are a clown.

You must've watched the highlights. Carlos 1000% at fault. And no, he wasn't the MOTM.

Out of the current crop that are leaving, we won’t know who makes it for another couple of years. It’s only a recent trend that’s started (mainly because of Sancho leaving).

Just in: Rúben Dias to #ManCity for a fee of €60M and €65M, involving Nicolas Otamendi heading to Benfica, is now being reported by
@Record_Portugal
.
Ruben Dias possibly coming. Is he any good? Would be good just to get somebody in at this stage

Yes it’s getting tedious at this stage. Lots of time wasted on Koulibaly. Let’s hope that’s a blessing in disguise and that we get a decent young CB instead in keeping with our strategy of buying young players
