There are some very poor signings there but the likes of rodwell, Sinclair, Garcia were not signed by txiki. He joined in October 2012, a couple of months after these were signed. I think demichelis was a pellegrini signing since they both had worked together before.

Quite right but his hand was on the tiller from the moment Soriano was effectively installed in the summer of 2012 (albeit not formally appointed until Sept 1). I've added the missing ones pointed out but there may be more

Gundo has been a decent signing for what we paid. He’s a good player to have as part of the squad. Rodri hasn’t done anything that makes me think he’ll become a decent signing yet but hopefully he proves a lot of us wrong.

Gundo has been a decent signing for what we paid. He’s a good player to have as part of the squad. Rodri hasn’t done anything that makes me think he’ll become a decent signing yet but hopefully he proves a lot of us wrong.

Gundogan has been a perfectly fine signing and had numerous good moments but he goes missing far too offen.

Rodri has had some excellent displays for City. Yes hes not the quickest but the idea behind Pep's side is that if you keep possession then you dont have to defend and if you lose the ball then you chase down the opponent and win it back ASAP. Therefore, you dont need a pacy player. You need someone who is good enough with the ball at his feet and sturdy enough to win back possession. Rodri fulfills that. The problem is we're losing the ball too often and not winning it back. That allows the opposition to counter at speed and Rodri becomes nullified a lot.
