The three of Foden, Gundo and Silva negates the big loss of KDB, need a focal point in attack and we are golden

Couldn't agree more, Aguero should be almost out of quarantine, hopefully he'll get a run out in the next few games.

News breaking that Aguero has tested positive for covid now.

A positive RT-PCR test (covid test) is meaningless

To diagnose a disease you see a doctor not a lab tech

They could cancel the season with this!

As a doctor I am furious with what's happening.

Saw this on twitter, absolutely spot on for me.

All this debate about the Rodri ‘offside’.
Consider this, ball headed by opposition to GK. GK doesn’t see forward behind him rolls ball out to restart play. Forward runs round him and taps it into empty net.
I believe that’s OK so same as Rodri isn’t it?

Good way of putting it, cant see anyone arguing that forward is not within his rights to play the ball and the keeper would be getting pelters for being a fucking idiot, just as Mings was last night.

I really don’t see what the fuss is about, when the ball comes out to Mings what would have happened if he didn’t touch it, Rodri wouldn’t have touched it first because he knew he would have been offside so it would have been either a Villa player or An onside city player, as it happened it was Mings thus rendering Rodri back in the game and not offside. I love the way Sky are calling it a loophole, intimating that we’re somehow cheating......oh and Utd are going to win the League according to Mickey Rooney

Very similar to how it made sense to me. Mings brings it down, turns around and plays to keeper. Rodri intercepts as he’s between Mings and keeper then goes on to score. Perfectly good goal.

Usually we always see it flagged for the offside player coming back and tackling for the ball, gaining possession, whereas this was deemed to be Mings already having the possession. The problem is that we’ve seen so many of these given as offside that we just assume that they are.
