Kane is average. And old. And injury prone. With a lisp. The end.

I don't want him either, but why the hate? He looks a decent bloke with his head over his shoulders, a true pro.

He's a dirty, snide little shithouse. See the "challenges" on Delph in the away champions league game, on Sterling in a home match (or was it de Bruyne - the point stands anyway). There is also a tweet I saw of him the other week elbowing an arsenal player in the head from behind. And he dives. Regularly. I can think of no circumstances under which I would want him at City. Let him stay and rot with mourinho, who is the ideal manager the kind of person kane is.

Cheers. Fair point.
For me, he always looked ok, not the usual cheating cunt you see at the rags or criminals. The challenge with Gabriel was dirty yeah, no doubt, but why I don't dislike him is because I never heard him say anything bad about other clubs or players.
But imho, he is not in the same league as Haaland.

However TB has just pointed out with examples that he is a cheat and therefore should be avoided.

As pointed out elsewhere in the thread, to many negatives with Kane.

Age, price, injury prone, good but overrated, dives, etc...
He must be brain dead as well, says he wants to win things and is still at Spurs at 27 earning about half what he would get at a club that actually could win trophies.
For Kane the only way is down. We would be lucky to get 2 good years out of him.

The biggest negative is that he is a dirty fcuker who gets away with it because he is England captain. One example was when both Kane and Deli Ali could have done serious damage to DeBryne and Sterling.

Really hope we stay clear of him.

Strangely, he reminds me of Rolph Harris, For that reason alone we shouldn't sign him

Kane fits the team, Haaland is an out and out goal scorer. I wonder which way Pep handles this.

Kane is 28 in the summer, Haaland is 21 in the summer.
Pep has tended to buy young players who can give us years.
Bernardo, Jesus, Ederson, Laporte, Dias, Mendy, Sane, Torres, Stones, Ake. Didn't always work out, i know.
Only outfield player i can think of who he bought at Kane's sort of age was Walker.

And with Walker, he was basically the only attainable option at the time that could fit the system Pep plays.

Somewhat. Everytime I've seen Haaland play at Dortmund, he offered a lot of assists to his teammates. He is not a selfish fella, he looked like a team player, but stood out.

Don't agree. We've got a powerful bargaining tool as in 15% of Sancho, and quite likely another if the narrative of Haaland having a soft spot for City is in any way accurate.
