Bitter old cunt. He should do the honourable thing and get himself measured for his coffin.

Zinchenko was outstanding. The block from Neymar after Dias showed him across summed the team performance up for me. Seeing him at the end in tears slumped to the ground. I don’t know if we have ever had a player written off so often who just works his bollox off and fights to be a part of it. He lacks pace and for a full back his positioning been questioned lots but will always respect the effort he gives every time he is given a chance to play. Many other left backs could learn a lot from that lad.

So many top performances tonight totally deserved against a team of individuals who can’t cope when things not going their way and lost their heads. Loved seeing Sergio get a run at the end to be a part of it. Fucking great night.

Nedham Onuoha take a bow:

I was at Wembley in 1999 watching that Division Two play-off final. And now I'm watching the team which I support literally control the Champions League semi-final against a side who was in the final the year before. It's still very surreal to be honest.

You have to give special mention to Fernandinho. It's his 36th birthday today and the way he played in that game he was outrageous. Di Maria doesn't get sent off if it's anyone else tackling in that moment. He knows how to prod and prod and he leaves the game without having a yellow card. That's the kind of player that everyone wants to play with but he doesn't get enough credit from the outside.

He’s one who’d die for this club. I love him.

We’ve been dreaming of this day for a long long time and finally we’re there. What a performance from the lads over two legs. Couldn’t be any more prouder of being a City fan as I am today. Blue moon will rise over Istanbul. Cheers to all.

If you do, we need at least eleven options.

The defence
The midfield
The false 9

Simply couldn’t pick one guy tonight

Ah mate. I’ve supported City since 95 and I genuinely thought I’d never see my club win anything. And I was happy with that.

What a rollercoaster we’ve been on since 08! I won’t even be able to describe it to my kids.

I can’t even describe it to people that have been on the rollercoaster with me!

I'm going to put it out there although it may sound premature at this stage....

Dias is better player than komps, defending and playing from the back

Liverpool had to beat a team that finished 20+ points behind them, in the final of the Champions League. The end.
