Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Filth wants to break from the league, they are one of the main promoters for the Super League, something that could affect a lot FA, PIGMOL or Sky money-wise.
Their response? Penalty out of nowhere (again), Handball ignored for Villa, Penalty for Villa decided it was a dive and Watkins is sent off.
There is something I am missing.
The goalie made no contact with Watkins. That was not a penalty. Whether it warranted a yellow card is another matter.
The second replay showed a contact.
The first looked like he dived, but the second one showed Henderson touched him. Small contact, but it was there.
No need to say they didn't show that angle again.

He was on his way down before he got anywhere near Henderson.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

Pep was right to play the B team yesterday. If we had beaten them, it delivered an incredily strong message of 'you can't even beat my B team'. That should have happened except for Kun's screw up, a bad penno call, and a flukey goal at the end.
We will win the league. If we can't beat one of Newcastle, Brighton or Everton, then we don't deserve it. Also, United have to win all theirs which will not happen. Liverpool playing for their lives, as are Leicester now. And 3 games in 6 days.
Relax. When we win the CL final, we will be treble winners and Pep will be hailed as the genius he is.
Every time he has played what you call the B team we have lost or struggled, if I recall he had to bring the big guns on to save us from defeat at fucking Cheltenham, nine changes when we are on the cusp of the title is nothing short of ridiculous, I don’t buy this psychological nonsense at all, in fact the reverse is now the case, media saying Tuchel has Peps number having beaten him twice on the trot.
Rags now winning 3-1, Leicester have the cup final at weekend and Evans injured, dippers are shit and rags always beat them at the swamp.
Not like the media to talk bollox is it. Yesterday was fuck all to do with a Tuchel masterclass. Our club legend suddenly decided to pick yesterday to be selfish and unprofessional for the only time in his 9 years at the club. This is on Sergio.
I'll say it again, about the fourth time now, I reckon Tuchel will be gone by Xmas.

Usual negative shit every time we lose. " we never win with the b team" we did at Palace. " never win from losing positions " Dortmund, PSG, Villa. "too many shit weekends" evidently less than the 19 other teams.
We'll be Champions by Friday at the latest probably before and then we can sort the treble. Fraudiola

What are these pearls of wisdom based on, gut feel? Previous experience of Tuchel, what if he wins CL and FA cup, that should get him a season’s grace you would think.

I disagree with Tuchel gone by Xmas. Not suggesting he’s gonna be there for a medium to long term as that isn’t how Chelsea roll. Since he came in and replaced Lampard he has shored up the defence and made them difficult to play against. It isn’t pretty but it is effective. And he has got to two cup finals playing this way. Whether he is a divisive manager in the dressing room we shall see. But a winning dressing room is usually a happy one. Think they will win the FA cup as they will stifle Leicester but we should be too strong for them in the CL
They will be our main rivals next season for my money, followed by the rags. The dippers will be scratching round for fourth again

Dean Smith goes up in my book
"I don't think anybody knows, everybody is confused how Raheem Sterling can go through and have four or five touches on him last night and not get a penalty, then one touch here and it is a penalty - it looked a pathetic decision to me, but he goes down, similar to Old Trafford and last season here.
"Ollie Watkins has got sent off for a second yellow, there is no way the referee can tell me he is convinced he hasn't been touched.
"I just don't understand the decision-making of the officials and more importantly at Stockley Park.
"It looks like now he has to get hurt to win the penalty - is it enough contact for a penalty, no."

Cavani has scored 9 goals in 12 appearances for the rags. Hopefully he won’t be there next season.

As we've said before, he is a nuisance. Proper striker and will continue to score given the opportunity. Hopefully his misdus will persuade him to look for sunnier climes.....
