If we don't do this, questions need to be asked of whoever rhe fuck is in charge of transfer activity. Yes, first choices may not slways materialise, but back-ups and a plan b should be in place. A false 9 will nor cut it to win the chumps league and is by n9 means a plan b. Getting seriously fucked off with this now. Going to head to the tranny thread

I'm starting to think the only reason we're not going for Haaland because we have big plans for Delap to take over when Kane becomes surplus/ older. If Delap develops, he has similar qualities to Haaland. That's a risky strategy if true

Pretty sure DeLap has dropped down the prospect order behind Carlton Cole in the last year. The Foden pattern suggests that if they are going to make it, they stick around. We've got players out there on loan for years. It's another revenue stream, as is their final sale.

It won't be embarrassing if levy looks for too much money and we don't meet his expectations. No embarrassment there at all. That's business.

What will be embarrassing is if we end up with nobody at all especially after telling the world we're going to sign a new striker.

We seem to be carrying all our eggs in the Kane basket. And if this runs right to the wire and we don't get him, we will get nobody.

All the focus seems to be on this Kane deal, it's risky. We should be looking more seriously at alternatives.

Pep wants Kane anything other than Haaland is not
On our radar it seems, if Kane is a no we have done it again with another window. Promised so much and delivered no LB or a genuine 9.

Only if we're going for Haaland or another alternative top striker.
Apparently Pepsi didn't want the board to pursue Haaland, Kane or nothing, if this true .....

One week to go and we don't have a solid alternative except that Serbian kid no one knows anything and had a decent second part of the season.

I spent today telling our three year old that if she sees anyone in a red shirt with a badge on like City’s then they’re naughty and not to go near them. I’m hoping it sinks in at some point.

We’re at the in-laws tomorrow for my wifes dads birthday and she’s got him a shite retro rag kit. I’m hoping after my lesson today that the little one calls him naughty and doesn’t go near him.
