I didn’t expect Kane to refuse training or not be arsed on the pitch. He did, however, decline to put in a formal transfer request which was pretty feeble of him. Absent that Levy could just say no as City bids got more and more ridiculous. I’m glad the plug has been pulled tbh.

I also read a few weeks ago that Levy and Khaldoon had a really good relationship, but if Levy wouldn’t be flexible with negotiations then we won’t negotiate with Spurs again for any player going forward.

Agree that the prices reported were too high however we have spunked 100M on a position that did not need filling unless we already knew Bernie was going.
We need a striker and to go into the final week of the window not having it sorted is fucking mental. Let's see what happens next
