Level with us will give them a weekend to remember, winning fuck all again will bring them very much back to earth.

Remember when we used to think that beating them was like winning a trophy? It’s that long ago now that I almost forget.

From Sky sports:

ATALANTA 2-2 MAN UTD

FULL TIME! What a breath-taking end to this game and two vital goals from Cristiano Ronaldo have saved Manchester United. He keeps writing his Champions League headlines and this was another moment. There will be question marks over the potential handball from Mason Greenwood but it would've been incredibly harsh.

The CL reporting is like comedy gold.

OGS complaining about Atalanta's goals after the match, despite Sancho's injury time handball.

Liverpool first match red card for Griezman for 'dangerous play'. Second match Jota gets a yellow for the same high tackle which is described as 'committed'.
Second match Atalanta player gets a red for a trip on a Liverpool player. Straight red shown, not two quick yellows. Described as 'player had a bad attitude when ref called him back to book him for the trip, so maybe he got two yellows for that but the ref did flash a straight red. We will have to wait for the ref's report to understand why'.

I like this, looks like the defeat with the criminals really got to him and the rags. Hope the swamp machine is put in motion and scouse will start and get dodgy decisions against them.

Too fucking funny

No talk of sacking ole now, can't be having that. The narrative is they were unlucky, just a bad day, the refs fault etc etc.

Molde, Cardiff and Man U. Can't help but feel that Ole would be found out if he managed a top team

Listen, Man United might not thank me but get the contract out, put it on the table. Let him sign it. Let him write whatever numbers he wants on there, given what he's done since he's come in. Ole's at the wheel, man. He's doing it He's doing his thing. MAN UNITED are BACK
