Alongside Referee Daniele Orsato at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday will be Assistant Referees Alessandro Giallatini and Fabiano Preti.
Overseeing the proceedings from UEFA's VAR hub will be Video Assistant Referee Marco Di Bello and Assistant Video Assistant Referee Maurizio Mariani.
Fourth Official
Italian referee Luca Pairetto has been appointed as Fourth Official for Manchester City's meeting with the French heavyweights on Wednesday n.
Team news
City will check on record signing Jack Grealish before the game.
The England midfielder missed Sunday's Premier League victory over Everton with a knock sustained on international duty but is hoping to return in time to face PSG.
Kevin de Bruyne (coronavirus) is unavailable and winger Ferran Torres (foot) may be out until the new year.
Match facts - another Messi goal against City?
PSG's Lionel Messi has scored seven goals in seven Champions League appearances against Manchester City.
Manchester City's Joao Cancelo has been directly involved in five goals in his past four Champions League appearances for Manchester City (two goals and three assists), including a hat-trick of assists in his last game against Club Bruges.
Paris St-Germain have only won 20% of their meetings with Manchester City in the Champions League. Among teams they have faced at least five times in the competition, only against Real Madrid (17%) do they have a lower win percentage.
PSG are winless in their past three away games in the Champions League (D2 L1), and could go without an away victory in the group stage of the competition in a single season for the first time since 2004-05.

Well according to everyone on Talksport this morning Chelsea are the best team in the world at the moment and seeing as how we've played them off the park this season then these should hold no fears.

Can we please enjoy a great game of football with no stupid referee intervention?

But why are we playing them now instead of the germans?
They changed the rules? Usually, the first game was then the fifth one.

In general the ref is no stranger to a yellow card or 5 in a game, however we only appear to have had him twice before (only went back to 17/18 season) but he only gave us one yellow in each game, loss to Lyon & win against 10 man RM.
He has also sent a rag off in each of the last 2 games he refeed between PSG & Rags (Fred & Pogba)

I may be jinxing it, but I thought this bloke we've got tonight had a really good game in Madrid when we beat real 2-1.
I agree, lb2. I want to be talking about skill and goals not some knob with a whistle or another knob with a pause button.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Anyone fancy suggesting what position Zinch is going to play, or are we going full out wind Mill with only the back four keeping shape?
