[PeterParker]

Looks like Raheem Sterling is top of the league.

[stevefromdonny]

get in raz, but we need do that more often, instead of stop-go stop

[Mase]

Fuck me we've hardly played well and we’re winning 4-0

Poor touch by Palmer. Should’ve scored.

[Beefymcfc]

Fucking hell, they’ve included a stat prior to the inception of the PL!

[Beefymcfc]

Stones and Laporte congratulate themselves for getting an offside

[blues2win]

Very comfortable in the second half. Wiped out the goal difference deficit with the dippers. Cancelo given MoM which is fair.

[Dameerto]

Clean sheet and 3 points, I'll take that.

[Dameerto]

Also, City with a Christmas (Premier League) number one!

[Harry Dowd scored]

Brilliant result nice three points top of the league at Christmas what more can you ask for

[Mase]

Not an amazing performance but lots of changes and four goals. Great win! Up the blues.

[Beefymcfc]

That’ll do, pig, that’ll do.

A good performance that netted us 4 goals, resting a couple of our players whilst getting needed game-time into some.

We really are the best team in the land and all the world.

Good to see Carragher crying, we must be doing well.

[Beefymcfc]

4 points clear, surely they can’t let Liverpool drop points?

[sheblue]

Good day so far, what's the chances of the soft belly spuds actually delivering for once?
Answer: very slim.

[Harry Dowd scored]

Things looking good, the Afcon could be the final turd in the water pipe for our bin dipping associates, when we are top at Christmas we usually win the league, but long way to go yet, but we are in a good position

[nottsblue]

As easy an away 4-0 as I have ever seen. We barely got out of second gear. Truth be told the performance was under par from our usually high standards, but you only play what’s in front of you on the day and we were far too strong for Newcastle.

Too many players were 6/10 for me. But, that does seem churlish when we are top of the league having won our last 8 games. Another clean sheet, more goals thus adding to our GD and a few players rested with other teams struggling to even put first teams out. A couple more records broken so all in all, a rather satisfying afternoon

[Harry Dowd scored]

Shearer saying the people running VAR not up to the job, saying Riley should be having a word because the refs are not up to the job.
