No mention of this after the initial incident on BT Sport. This was definitely more of a penalty than the Odegaard one and probably more than Bernardo's. Defenders need to know that hands around the upper body of players is a penalty. Only way of doing this is giving penalties every time they do it. Maguire would be forced to retire. Hands touching the player to keep distance is fine but arms around stop movement and should be penalised.
