August 2021?
Slow negotiations there then

Mcatee no chance

I'd have said the same about Lavia. I don't think anyone of the kids, Palmer aside, can we guarantee won't be sold.

We convinced McAtee to sign a new contract a few months ago. We sell him now and that’s a massive statement to these kids that we’re trying to negotiate contracts with - don’t bother because we’ll just sell you anyway.
McAtee will either stay or be loaned out imo.

Unless they’re going to get some starts they’ll be moving on. That includes Delap and McAtee. Palmer looks as though he’ll get decent minutes otherwise it’s best for him to get a loan at a decent club.
Dubciteh wrote:With sterling and Jesus gone and no replacement in, we are relying on McAtee for minutes this season i think. I will be surprised if we loan him out as it leaves us one short if we want two players for every position.

Zinchenko to Arsenal? Presumably on the basis Cucurella comes in. Not sure why we haven’t made a bid.

The CB position not much more. If Ake goes, down one CB if that happens.
No replacements in sight.
I wonder what is really going on and why?
