Re Kayky
Looking that way. He is still young though. We buy a lot of these types of players in the hope a few work out. Those that don't hopefully we get our money back or don't lose a lot

Someone left the Kayky out in the (Manchester) rain

Delap off to Stoke on a season long loan with no buy option.
I suppose going somewhere that his dad is at isn’t a bad thing. We’ve seen more recently when we’ve loaned players in the Championship and the teams aren’t playing them, which is pointless - they might as well just stayed with us.
Could be a good move but would have been good to see him at Burnley.

Apparently he had a meeting with Pep yesterday who was going to let him know how he sees Delap's future with City, no buy option hints at long term City if he has a good loan period?

Delap’s problem is that City have bought two young strikers. A good loan period will surely bump up his value.

we are going to be paper-thin after the WC I know it will be the same for most of our rivals but cannot think that we are asking for trouble. thats now McAtee and Delap who were both part of the first team squad gone out. Bonus is that neither Mahrez nor Haaland will be at the WC . Important that we continue the good start and look to deflate the chasing pack

I'm hoping that Delap will show he's the real deal over the next couple of seasons - his performances for us so far have been promising but not more than that.

Looks like we might be in for another dabble in the market - Chavs sniffing around Anthony Gordon with an increased £45m offer prompting alleged Pep interest by City sources

Not seen anything in Gordon that McAtee or Palmer doesn't possess. Pointless spending £50m on him when two boys of our own are likely to be as good

Different skill set from Palmer- right footed battler and quicker than McAtee.

I was reading comments from Everton fans on it and most were desperate for the sale. “No end product” and “strolls around the pitch”.

But definitely not worth that kind of brass.
McAtee far more tricks up his sleeve as well and Palmer has looked right at home when he's played.
A massive no from me
