I think it was OD that met him and asked him what his problem was with City and he said, “It’s not a family club anymore”.

Right. Just a massively successful one.

Quinn. I loved him as a player at City. Wheny wife was pregnant, Niall was our choice if it was a boy. It wasn't. Lol.

For the record, called her Clare. My wife is Irish.

Since he left us, he's been horrible about us. Thankfully we had a baby girl. His performance over the Keane World Cup disgrace was pretty pathetic, IIRC.

Quinn is a politician. He goes with the flow.
Keane pretends he is his own man, but both of them had no problem working together at Sunderland after Saipan. Both agenda driven. Looking after number 1.

Much appreciated thank you and Nicky was brilliant with a great memory of small details in his career, which a lot of players don't have. It's pleasure to do them and hopefully fellow blues can get the same enjoyment from them as I do.

COMING SOON – Mark Brennan – Tales of Blue –

Initially signed by Howard Kendall at the start of the 1990/91 campaign, making a Maine Road debut in the infamous Aston Villa fixture in which Paul Lake was tragically injured, Mark would find himself in and out of Pater Reid’s side following Kendall’s departure to Everton. It was his two goals in a 3-2 victory over Crystal Palace that saw City Top the First Division at the start of the 91/92 campaign. He would appear 36 times in total, hitting seven goals before being sold to Oldham Athletic after struggling to hold down a regular first team place under Reid’s tenure.

COMING SOON – NEIL POINTON – TALES OF BLUE –

Signed in the summer of 1990 by Howard Kendall in an exchange deal that took fellow left-back Andy Hinchcliffe to Goodison Park, Pointon’s all out action displays in the shirt quickly endeared himself to the City faithful, his stay was all too brief, following just 90 appearances he was transferred along with Steve Redmond to Oldham Athletic as Peter Reid looked to freshen up the squad he inherited.
