Something else going on? The point is that Bernardo, KDB & Gundo are all available to play 8 at City - Pep has constantly pointed out that is the only reason why Foden doesn't play there for us, he has the ability.

Yeah agreed. There was this a few weeks ago, not sure I agree with Pep re timeline, I think Foden can play central now -

'I agree with Kevin': Pep Guardiola shares De Bruyne's view that Phil Foden will eventually become a central midfielder... but not yet as he insists the young star 'still has to grow' as a player.

Ultimately though, he’s better than Mason fuckin Mount

I think it is fairly clear that southgate hasn't got much time for Foden. Could be the Iceland thing but I suspect the waistcoat knobhead is jealous of Phil's natural talent, not to mention his medal haul. I suspect he would rather not have Phil there at all, but he is such a talent that he simply can't be left out.

It is unprofessional to let what is obviously a personal thing have any impact on his team selections. You don't have to like someone to have a productive working relationship..

Good . Fine by me . We get a rested & uninjured player back in Dec with a massive point to prove.

During the Euros he got injured in training and was out for three months.

I'm told England's path to glory will be to beat France followed by Spain & then the winner of Brazil v Argentina in the final.
Seem unlikely tbh :(

There is part of me wants England to fail at group stage. This is all thanks to that miserable dinosaur baghead's selection, tactics and style of play. Can't see us winning it, might as well get knocked out soon. If he prevails to semis, you'll never hear the end it. I don't believe he believes he can win it, now or in the future.

I hope they go tomorrow night. The delusion from England fans and media is hilarious. People actually think this is a quality crop of players that should be challenging. There’s about 4 very good players, the rest are bang average-dog shit.

England are very lucky that every other “top” nation seems to be shite at the moment as well.

1Pickford - SHITE
12Trippier - AVERAGE
5Stones - AVERAGE
6Maguire - DOG SHIT
3Shaw - DOG SHIT
22Bellingham - POTENTIAL
4Rice - AVERAGE
17Saka - GOOD
19Mount - AVERAGE
10Sterling - AVERAGE
9Kane - GOOD

You two renegades should prepare yourselves for the disappointment of seeing England steam into the knockout stage with our City boys front and centre (and rear) ;)

I can genuinely see England getting to the semis. The competition is very poor.

Fuck me, if that's the case and with the continued omission of Foden he has to go. Henderson should be nowhere near that team. Bellingham was non existent against the septics but he was not alone. Cue the reason being this will be like a PL game and all his experience etc. How many more PL titles does henderson have over Bellingham would be my counter - if true

Neville taking the cash and preaching out of the side of his mouth also. Same as Keane.
To all these hyprocrites I say you have a choice:
1. Focus on football only and take the pay cheque OR 2. Focus on politics and forget the football and the paycheck BUT don't play politics and simultaneously take the money. That way you have zero credibility, Gary and Gary.

Oh the hypocrisy of it all, its laughable. The holier than thou brigade are just as greedy and as low as the greasy FIFA boys and their shit corrupt world cup. Where the real prize is back handers and bribes for the boys.

They don't give a fuck about human rights. Not one of them, nobody does.

In football terms it just a s bad, it has been really shit so far. Its so rubbish any one of 8 or 9 mediocre teams could bore their way to winning it.

And thousands of people actually died for this shit.
