He’d only just come back from injury when he went off with Spain for the WC. I reckon he’s still a bit rusty - shown when he got skinned by Nunez the other night.

He got done for pace by Nunez which is no disgrace, he's a flying machine. Shit finisher but a flying machine.

When you’re a top defender if you let any attacker (especially a shit one) get in a position to skin you, then there’s something wrong. In this instance it’s that he’s not match fit.

Mr Calfs better show some end product.
There was an article in the media today stating that Pep doesn’t trust Gomez and he’ll look to buy a LB again.
Maybe we bought in hope rather than expectation?

Grealish and Mahrez doesn't inspire. We'll see. Interesting perhaps that like the Portugal manager, Cancelo isn't selected by Pep. Fingers crossed for Rico. Tricky game incoming.

Haaland misses another good chance in the first minute very similar to the one v the dippers. Just has his radar a little out
Encouraging start

I’m going to say now, Mahrez is terrible.
Hopefully that’s the comment that gets him to score. Usually happens.
