A managers influence once the players are on the pitch is limited. However the manager can make changes during the game if things aren't going to plan and this is an area Pep isn’t renowned for
I dunno mate, I remember not that long ago when he brought on zinchenko and gundo and it worked out perfectly. Possibly the best substitutions I've ever seen.
I do hear what people are saying. He doesn't make as many changes as I'd like during a game when it's not working.
But on the flip side of that, if he was to do what the likes of Carl wanted, we'd probably finish mid table. And then pep would be sacked. And then Carl would be happy.
