They haven't sold Assets, Future intangible Revenue from broadcasting is not an asset because they are not in possession of the Revenues - smacks of corruption. . They have thrown the baby out with the bath water.
The way some clubs are leveraging to spend they must have some plans to dramatically increase revenue in the coming years.
I don't think the idea of a Super League has left their greedy little hearts just yet and their actions make me think they're even closer to it becoming a reality than ever before.
When their actions don't make sense to us, they know something we don't.
