Iheanacho supposedly to Forest for 8 million. Decent pick up for them.

He’d absolutely smash the Championship if he stayed with Leicester.

I suppose Leicester need to reduce their wage bill. I agree that he’d probably have done well in the Championship.

Allegedly according to CityXtra

Brighton are wanting Cole Palmer on a season long loan.

I doubt that will be allowed to happen especially if all those rumoured to be going rings true.

I doubt Palmer gets in their team even with their transfers out. Let him go and replace Sancho at the swamp when he goes back to Dortmund. McAtee will take Palmer's place here

A loan would be good for Palmer.

He hasn't shown anything yet to show he'll be good enough to be a regular for us. Compared to where Phil was at the same age, they are miles apart (and you need to be that good to make it with us).

If he went out on loan to a Premier League side and got plenty of minutes, we'd have a better indication of he'll make it or not with us.

Gvardiol announcement must be imminent - SKY reporting we haven't made a bid yet!
(also we've just made £10m with Pedro Porro move to Spurs made permanent)

Burnley are in advanced talks with Manchester City over a deal for goalkeeper James Trafford, who is currently on England U21 duty.

It is understood the deal could be worth up to £19m, with an initial payment of £12m

The 20-year-old spent last season on loan at League One side Bolton.

Trafford has featured in goal for England for all four of their Euro U21 matches and has yet to concede a goal at the tournament ahead of Wednesday's semi-final against Israel.

Apparently City want a buy back option for Trafford.

The buy back options are pointless.

I don’t know what else we could have done with him. Ederson is still young. Trafford deserves, and I’m sure wants, a starting berth in the Premiership. He may well move on in two or three years.

We’ll pocket a nice £15m when he’s sold to Liverpool in a few years.

Similar. But on the few occasions he came on in 21/22 (and possibly the start of 22/23, up to the 6-3 over the Rags), I thought he overdid it and was like a headless chicken.

I honestly don't think he's going to make it with us from what I've seen, although admittedly I haven't seen enough youth games to see what many others see in him from there. He's only started 1 game in the current Euros; a dead rubber against Germany in the group stage.

Manchester City are ready to accept a bid this summer of between £45m and £50m for Portugal winger Bernardo Silva, 28. (Football Insider)

What a joke the BBC are! The same "gossip" column quotes Palace's Guehi at £60m, and the arse's Balogun at £50m. Obviously better players than Bernie...
