Pep talking about the academy sales -

Guardiola added: "We sell a lot [of players], normally with a buyback [clause]. To make £80m or £85m just from the academy is unbelievable.

"That shows how good the club is working. I am pretty sure that one or some of them maybe will be back here with us. [I'm] really pleased."

I wonder who he’s referring to.

I have a feeling that if we can convince Lavia to stick it out with Southampton for another season we’ll get him next summer. The problem is the amount of clubs in for him - Liverpool, Rags, Arsenal, Chelsea..

I'll bet he doesn't wear the rainbow laces either. Bit of a hypocrite eh Jordan. I see he's getting stick from the community that he wrote 900 words in support of. Still, the reported £700K a week should ease his conscience

It's truly amazing what massive amounts of cash can to to a person's morals and fervent beliefs. Just proves, yet again, everybody has their price.

Can Bobb trap a 60 yard high ball every time, that's the question?

It's more a question of can he beat his man and get a cross in. Brilliant that Mahrez traps the ball so well. Most of the time he plays it back.

Not a transfer, but haven’t seen mention of it elsewhere: great to hear Nathan Ake has extended until 2027.
