Philips is Dog shit........ he really he is.

It was like going down to 9 bringing him on.

Flapping around the Pitch like a Pigeon with a broken wing.

That’ll do

3 points and a clean sheet. Rodders red card sours it a little

But we’ve put the points on the board

City coped pretty well in the second half. One good save from big Ed but that was it. Losing Rodri for the Arsenal match is a real blow though.

With Kovacic back maybe Nunes will play defensive midfield? Cant see Phillips starting that match although he might start at Newcastle.

Superb. Took a lot to keep them to a couple of shots on goal and when they got a chance, Eddie snuffed them out.

Team game today. Deserve loads of credit, especially with so many of our leaders leaving the field.

I’ll take that without compliant, who wouldn’t.

Annoyed Rodri lost it and got sent off.
My God Philips is no replacement he was crap when he came on strolled around the pitch hardly made a tackle, utter waste of fresh air. No way can we go to Arsenal with him in the team. Is Stones near fitness I wonder.

Nunes and Foden very good today.

At least we won but Rodri owes Pep and the squad a big apology. He made today much harder than it needed to be and now we have lost him for 3 tricky games.

The Arsenal game will influence the title race and he’s going to miss it through his own stupidity.

Forest deserved fuck all and they got it. A time of big cunts in the main, all of which were prepared to leave their foot in. Gibbs-White was at it in the first half and must have hurt Rodri a couple of times for him to be so wound at the start of the second half. Shouldn't have raised his hands to him certainly allows the cheating bastard to dive and feign injury. Once again the woman commentator and her colleague both incapable of giving any real credit to City and underplay any foul play from Forest. Why do we have to suffer these whing twats in the commentary box.

Well done City, certainly had to work hard for that. Rodri - mind fuck, Phillips , not really up to it sorry mate

Good win against a dirty snide side leaving a bit on everything.

Compounded by that bent tw@t Taylor in the Middle meaning it was 12 against 10 all game

I think Pep realized he fucked up bringing Philips on,so was force to rectify it.

He really isn't good enough for us,and never will be,terrible purchase

.To be fair we dont get much wrong in the transfer market these days.We should eventually get our money back by flogging him to Newcastle at some point.  .

Phillips is useless & shouldn't be anywhere near the first team. Best to sell in Jan & get some decent replacement, or any replacement. Lewis would've done a better job today or even Oscar Bobb tbh

Never seen a player so out of his depth as when Phillips came on. Pure championship in a sea of European champions, it was pathetic at times.

That rodent went down like a tonne of bricks because he felt foden's hand go into his throat.

And no one fucking pointed that out.

It should be appealed because there was no excessive force and that's what the rule states unless it's to the head

What pissed me off is that game had a 7+ goal rout feel to it until akanji made a foul on the edge of our box when they had a breakaway and for some reason it took 4 minutes from the whistle blowing for the foul to the freekick being taken. We'd been cutting them apart til then and it sucked all momentum from the game, the fans, the lot all because Taylor took it upon himself to try and make the game a contest.

I don't normally mind the Altrincham fan but today he was shit and clearly following a narrative.

Grealish by the way did an excellent job keeping the ball, killing time, for the few minutes he was on.
