Phillips needs to persuade us to lower our fee in order for Newcastle to sign him according to the beeb gossip this morning. Pay the price or fuck off. Saying that, I'll guarantee that he ends up at Farca next week on catalogue terms

At least he was seen on the pitch. Vuoso was simply a way for Keegan to get a backhander and buy a bigger house

This is a bit of an overreaction and a bit quick on the trigger but i really hope we sign Ian Maatsen from Chelsea this summer. There were some rumors that we were looking at him earlier this year. he's been phenomenal in his 2 matches with Dortmund already. he's got great pace and he plays with confidence that might be a little rare for a 21 year old. plus, he's even been moving into midfield for Dortmund like Cancelo used to do for us and he's been playing well there as well. We've needed a left back for ages even though Pep prefers playing 4 center backs when Walker isn't blackmailing Pep into playing him.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Rumours that Kompany recommended him to us from his loan at Burnley.

Phillips off to west ham on loan with no obligation is a poor move for us.

Lots of competition at west ham i dont think he gets a game there and the lack of an obligation to buy means when they figure out hes shite we will never get our money back. He would be more valuable to us staying and not playing, then some suckers might take a chance in the summer

Diego Rosa - one of our Brazilian youngsters that ended up at CFG-owned Bahia - has announced he's quit football at the age of 21. Apparently Bahia are offering counselling and letting him take time out from the game.

Suppose if he does well then it might give us a bit of a boast in the summer when selling. I can see him being here until the end of his contract unfortunately.

Oh stop with the nonsense. He's out of the way at Wet spam, gone , give him away at the end of the season . A wierd buy in the first place.

However, if it got Rodri completely focused, then perhaps it was worth it .

Glad he's going, for him and for us.

Now let's raid Girona :-) - in a nice way , they are part of the group...

As has been discussed already, there are a lot of Girona's players attracting interest and most of these have a connection to us and the CFG. I don't think the manager is doing himself any harm with his tactics and the way he has them set up either. Could be an interesting summer IF they can keep pace with Franco's boys and get chumps league as I think(?) There may be ownership conflicts if we both qualify??

As far as I can see the CFG own 49% of Girona which doesn't affect ownership rules according to UEFA. Red Bull Liepzig and RB Salzburg are both owned by Red Bull and are both playing in the Champions League so I don't really see an issue. But then again it's City.
