Annoyed with the goal against. Nunes said slippy G was his hero so I guess it figures. Playing against 10 men defence so five goals ain’t bad at all.

Top the table. At least until tomorrow. Put our marker down and the pressure is on the red shits.
No clean sheet is annoying but any game you win 5-1 you can’t really grumble too much. Thought this might have been a potential banana skin this morning. How wrong was that

Can settle down in peace to watch the Rags lose at Bournemouth

Not a vintage performance, but you just have to win in April. So a great result particularly considering 6 changes and sandwiched between the Madrid game, and a rest for a few critical players.

I think Doughty on the left would offer us much more tham Gomez. Might be worth a punt in the summer.

We should be in for the left back at Girona but agreed that he is a better option than Gomez

Oh i agree, but both would strengthen the squad and allow Ake and Josko to move to the middle.
Even though Nunes lost the ball, i thought Dias could have done better , getting a block in . Especially if you see how the Luton players were thowing themselves around to block shots.

Not tempting anything, it would be great to see.

I’m always nervous when we make so many changes to the lineup but that was a good win. Although Luton are in the bottom 3, they’ve been a difficult opponent for most teams this season so to hammer them again is a good thing!
Rico again looks very comfortable in the first team. Doku was a threat all game. Haaland back on the score sheet. Another goal for Gvardiol. Lots of positives!
Nunes still looks way out of his depth. Bobb should be starting over him every time.

Key point is whether Walker is fit to start on Wednesday. Real look set to bomb long balls over our defence for Vinicius Jnr and Rodrygo. Walker would make such a difference if fit and playing well. Sounds as if Stones is fine. Just minor niggles. Phil as well. Going to the match. In the South Stand. Come on City.

Blowing your load a bit early there Liam.
He's a long way to go for my prediction to come trueby the looks of things but I'm right behind and really hope he does come good.
Not sure what he did on you from the minute he came in though?

You mean you have not seen a good performance Mase. He was ok today , no worse than Dias, akanji, or rico.
