Carlsberg weekend. Rags being given a point by the officials is irrelevant, as are they.

Forget about this Heineken weekend. All focus on Wednesday. I’ll be there. Can’t wait.

Today's results will knock the stuffing out of those teams in second and third

Exactly they look shot!

Agree hopefully they slip up again and give us a little breathing space. Didn't see this weekend going the way it has in my wildest dreams. A couple of twists and turns ahead but we've been here before.

What a Super Sunday indeed.

And what a weekend. Even the Rags didn’t get a result, despite the officials help.

Vital as CL is, I really want the title this season as four in a row's never been done before, or likely to be done again.

Germany are ahead of us in the rankings for the extra CL place. And with Leverkusen hot favourites to progress against West Ham and Bayern with the home leg to come v Arsenal, that advantage will be difficult to claw back meaning it will likely be the traditional top four slots that get CL football next season. Which means the rags will miss out.

Lovely. Simply, lovely

I don’t think a CL repeat’s ever been done by an English side? Certainly not a PL side. Whisky nose eat your heart out.

I do as well. Have always prioritised the PL over the CL

And I have a sneaking feeling Pep wants that fourth straight title that little bit more as well

Bayern won 2-0 yesterday

Leverkusen just officially won the Bundesliga by a country mile, Munich only have CL to play for now, so will be angry on Wednesday.

Arse will be deflated

Only Madrid since the inception of the CL have retained the trophy

It happened 8 times under the guise of the EC

Got to admit, at lunchtime today, not in my wildest dreams did I foresee wins for both Palace and Villa

A massive boost for us. And given we have been there and done it numerous times we have the experience and knowledge to not let the pressure get to us. We are back to being red hot favourites now and as front runners it’s once again in our hands

Couldn’t really have gone any better

A lot of beds were shitted today. I thought Arsenal were shit, certainly 2nd half. You win fuck all, playing like that.

Was shopping during murderers game, thought no way palace would hang on after only 14 minutes, no signal in sainsbury's.

Came out to a nice surprise, popped talkspot on and one of the crew in studio a gooner 100% positive of a win, other people in Studio winding the fuck out of him about the game being "season defining" begging the producers to live stream the next 90 minutes with camera on the gooner

Our family City whatsapp group has my nieces gooner boyfriend in it not sure how or why (I'm admin  ).

He popped up after the scouse result

He got pelted by the other 15+ of us the second Villa scored....
