All true GM but I know that I would do the same. The worry is the attraction for the likes of Ederson who has a lot longer left on his career as opposed to KDB who could look for one last stupid money pay day.
As has been said already, I'm sure the club has plans in place if we are going to lose a player(s) to Saudi but it all gets a bit silly hanging on only for a potential signing(s) club to turn us down as they have no time to replace.
