Don't think Maignan would come as back up but it does seem unfair in Ortega - who won us the fourth in a row btw. EDS reality on show the other night, JWE is not our level but Perrone & Bobb looked pretty good at times. The rest need time to show their qualities but not in our first team for a while. The Croat injection should make our next games better on the eye.

Like most suggestions, they are literally that and the thoughts of somebody with little if any tangible credit or knowledge in the matter. May be some legs in Ed being pissed off with the praise Ortega got but I reckon Ed himself would have come flying out, clattered Son and gotten himself red carded and missed the two games anyway.
No-one better as a sweeper keeper than Ed but even he is not indispensable. We need to sort it one way or the other and move on

Looks like Ederson and Alvarez want to go. Bernie and Kevin staying. No talk of Walker leaving this window. Whether Kevin runs down his contract to zero or he gets an extension remains to be seen.
