I'm all for this but I guarantee that we will send a revision of the wording from the PL. Leicester won the appeal based on the fact that at the end of the 3rd year of the PSR period, they were relegated thus when their accounts were posted, not subject to the rule. By the same standard, any championship club who had not previously been in the PL could spend a shit load in their first season providing they haven't breached FL finances in the previous period(s). Doesn't help us - other than showing the PL up as being a law unto themselves but largely incompetent to
