***Wolves v Champions Official Match Thread***

Back to proper football after the second interruption for International shite. Another to come in November FFS

We lost here last season and have had a couple of other defeats in recent times. I remember a 1-0 defeat with Boly scoring from an offside position with his hand and a late defeat, 3-2, after Ederson had seen an early red card and we’d gone 2-0 up. So we deffo owe these.

And Wolves have been abysmal so far this season earning just a solitary point. Their manager can’t have long left you’d expect. Following on from the surprise Arsenal loss yesterday, this game is a great opportunity to enforce this advantage and get an early psychological boost

Possible we could even see KDB on the bench, even if he is not fully fit, just to give the opposition something to worry about. But we have more or less the same squad situation as we had before the break. I don’t think we picked up any more knocks so I expect the team to be full strength.

Can’t see past a victory for us to be honest but you never know on the day. That said I think we will score a few

1-4 Haaland (2) Foden Doku

Whilst their points return does not show it, they've played well in most games. Difficult game after an international break and with chumps league following. We should have gotten a boost from last night's game. Going out to the boozer early for this one should be a good watch

In the bed by teatime?

I knew a fella, didn't have Sky, back in the 90s. Why don't you have Sky to watch football Malc? Can't afford it, he'd say. He'd spend 50 quid on an all day in the pub, then on to some club, spending God knows what.

Sky subs at the time were about 35 quid.

No Walker at all

And Foden still out of favour

Maybe their off field behaviour is pissing Pep off?

Foden doesn't deserve a start - hes gone from POTY to Joe Average.

Disagree, we need Akanji's pace at the back without Wallker.

Akanji had some sort of niggle midweek . Maybe didn’t want to risk him for 90.

Sky having a John Barnes love in, conveniently a goal or 2 against us.

So watching City app, at least they talk about City

Come on City, I expect a tough game, back five for them, leaving Cunha upfront for fast ball out of defensive situations. Any win for me & no injuries of course

Warming up with City Women taking the lead after being 1-0 down.
