Hopefully a few home truths were aired

Play like yesterday at the dippers next week and the fallout will be catastrophic

11 points behind. League gone. Dippers away. Nothing to worry about then.

we are eight points behind.

If scouse play against us the way they played today, it wont increase either.

We will be 11 points behind then this time next week. Even if they played with 5 we would scrape a 0-0. Historically it’s our graveyard.

I would be gobsmacked if we get even a draw at Scouse.
As day comes after night, we will shit ourselves.

Will skip that game, don't want to get annoyed again.

We could park the bus, the whole squad, back room staff, Pep, spafia, khaldoon, Mansour and most likely come out with nothing.

We need an almighty miracle.

Pep - “little things were wrong from the beginning of the season, and it gets worse and worse..”

I take that as 1. He wasn’t backed in the transfer market and we needed better players coming in 2. A lot of players hadn’t recovered from the internationals over the summer and they’re not getting injured

Hard to see it any other way. If Brighton, Arsenal and Chelsea win we will be out of top four.
If we go 11 down its going to be very difficult with the squad and the state its in. Soon the priority will be to get top four.

To me after the success we have had, a season where we do not win the league but make top four is not bad, its not the end of the world (we cant win it every year!).
This slump, lack of hunger is natural.Whats important we bring in the quality of players that are so obviously badly needed, realistically were looking at next summer for that. Cant see enough happening in January to make a considerable difference.

5 defeats in a row, no shame in losing or surrendering our title, it's the manner we are losing. We're not putting a fight.

This is 100% Peps fault....got too fuckign cocky and thought he could win no matter how many injuries he has.

His first team selections have been shit and anyone defending him playing Gundo and Walker in the first team need to give their fucking heads a wobble.
We have youngsters who are far better than both those players and I said from the very fuckign beginning of the season that if pep plays the youngsters more due to injuries and we don't win as often as we are used to ...then Id be happy to go along with that.

Hugely disappointing from him and he deserves all the shit he gets.

Dont think its 100% Peps fault, there are other factors as well, they have been well aired. Having said that if he starts Gundo and Walker at Afield he definitely deserves serious grief.

Walker’s podcast is titled - “You’ll Never Beat Kyle Walker”

How ironic.
