Must be a temporary oversight....

The expanded Club World Cup being played in America , meaning our players won't get virtually any time off to recharge in the closed season.

Euros this year, this shit in 25 and then World Cup in 26, 3 years on the bounce the players won't get hardly any rest between seasons. This is what what Rodri was banging on about, fighting on 4 fronts each season, then fifa add more games.

IF we were to get to chumps league final that is on 31/05 and this crock of shit runs 15/06 to 13/07.

Other clubs normally report for pre season yraining 01/07 iirc, so our pre season is going to massively disrupted with heavily fatigued players.

We could possibly be in charity shield which is 09/08

Fuck sake, didn’t realise they’d moved this crap and changed the format. I actually look forward to not watching football over the summer.

This tournament is ridiculous. We should send the kids, and tell them the senior players are all john stones.

Sadly fifa have already publicly said any club that fields a weakened/junior squad will be punished.

A complete farce, they are determined to make this "cup' a success.

From England yes. But it's funny how the so called, self proclaimed I might add, biggest clubs in the country aren't there

But if they are injured. They are injured. How unfortunate.

Iirc, it's teams that have won their respective regional equivalent of chumps league, since 2020/21.
