Well that's not what the stats say. We were awful shocking defending for their second goal off a bog standard corner. The refusal to remove Lewis from LB where he was getting bullied off the ball is rank bad management. Shocking use of subs again. Look I know Pep is a genius & we have won everything but he ha been poor this season. The depth of the squad must be down to him surely. Pep just said we played well & is proud of tge team

Walker a huge part in both goals conceded. Same at Anfield. Coincidence that he not there midweek and we win I’m sure. How he is captain I never understood. One of the kids couldn’t do any worse. Offers nothing going forward and doesn’t defend unless it’s run fast in straight line. I would wager he’s cost us more points in last 18 months than any other player.

We have a job to make top 4 which in October would have had people laughing. Hopefully Akanji back quickly but if Ake and Stones are not back soon it’s worrying, Dias will be working overtime when only just back from injury himself.

I'd have Neil Warnock tomorrow to sort out this team, and I'd fuck off half a dozen of players and Pep. And you can bring your brother and his dinner too and I'll fuck them off as well. 45 years ago I'd have shit on this team whilst smoking a tab

I get we have 3 games in 8 days and are down to the bare bones but play the kids who are avaliable. I know how the munes feel like niw - sad times

Michael Owen saying Pep is spreading negative energy & his lack of inspiration is not helping. He also said someone at City needs to lift Pep. I think we need to manage our expectations this season. The teams we are dropping points against are not that good. Spurs have only won one out of six, that was the battering they gave us. Rags next week, God only knows what team is available

Lift him out of the door. He is a top class manager, arguably one of the best there has been. He should be capable of lifting himself. Experienced players have seen it and won it, they aren't too well motivated and we've hung on to too many of them. Some of our buys are stop gap measures. Perhaps we can't attract whilst the 115 charge looms above us

Michael Owen is a fool to say such things. Six titles in the last seven seasons. City squad battling injuries to many key players. Fool.

You have a short and convenient memory. it is not even january either. Pep is producing, look at the last seven seasons.

On way back from Selhurst. We are in control of games. We just get punished for our mistakes. Our build up is great. I just fear the turn over and we are in trouble. Add that to giving free headers 3 yards out…. Onwards stay safe.

The player kicked Rico. Ref had it in for him today (Rico).

Ed would have punched that and probably the Palace player. Ortega poor today.

Weve been killed by injuries this season. Today was no different Stones Akanji Ake all out. Blame the small squad strategy if you want but injuries have been and are a huge factor. Pep didnt feel that Grealish and Doku were fit for 90 having seen them in training. Both just back from injury.

I agree, should have done better with the first goal too.

Whilst this is true, fucking Stones seems to pick & choose when he plays, we have not had a conventional LB for years. Poor forward planning is another reason for this fucking miserable narrative

We are all over the place at the back. It doesn't matter if its ed or ortega atm. Got to hope for reinforcements in jan but who would be available ? We cannot end up with plan b players again. Gonna have to suck it up and crack on but we could well do without a trip to Turin on weds

We need to manage expectations, the manager looks fucked & bereft of ideas, this will transmit to players, small squad, poor man management is catching up on us

How are teams fucking us? By playing long balls behind our lines for quick players.
Everyone in the world can see how you can beat us except who matters the most: our manager.

Is not rocket science, everyone won against us the same way. Either is Salah, Mitoma or Kulusevski.

The small squad strategy has blown up in his face. I also think he finds it hard to let go of players. Walkers behaviour with Bayern was a disgrace. He gets rewarded with a love in and the captaincy. So sick of him.
