Absolutely shit the way we act with him, he has every reason to leave.

Did I miss something, has he left or said himself he wants away, or are we just continuing the melt down assuming the worst?

He has said he will ask to leave, yes. Again, I won’t confirm who has said it, because it’s not fair on them, but you couldn’t get a closer person to him - put it that way.

PP was probably going off the original post that I did.

Whether we let him leave is another thing.

According to Fabrizio we’re advancing fast to sign 18 year old CB Victor Reis from Palmeiras. A highly regarded Brazilian CB. If we get him plus the lad from Lens thats two young talented CBs. Not necessarily straightaway but it suggests a changing of the guard in that position.

We are going to sign him and loan him until we forget he ever existed.
We keep on signing "for the future" but they hardly get any chances here.

But at least we are trying. It is difficult. But at least there is some action now. Be much worse if it was all silence, like most of our January windows.

Getting Marmoush in January will be very difficult. The Germans are playing hard ball on the price for an early transfer and there’s no release clause. If we can get Douglas Luiz on loan that would be the most important bit of business in this window. We desperately need to strengthen midfield.

Bobb back in training. Surely too late for the FA Cup but good to hear.

Txiki is leaving at the end of the other season. The new guy is going to be working in tandem with him until then.

It does, but as we all know, our problems are now. Stones and Dias cannot string two games together between them and as a result, we're rushing Ake and Akanji back rather than playing Josko in his favoured cb position. At least put a cb in there if we are going to a) sign these two and then b) loan them out. As stated earlier midfield needs sorting this window as a priority

If Douglas Luiz is available I’m not sure what the delay is. We know him and at 26 to me that’s an easy deal. Yes sign for the future. Because that’s the model we have, but FFS give them a chance.

I despair with us. He want out of Juve, what in gods name are we on the 9th thinking about. He would be click down from Rodri. Together in games when we let’s face it are over-run like the warning signs game,Fulham at home!! We need physicality and spiteful MF players. Foden Haaland can get on with winning games. No brainier I just do not see City’s problem.
He’ll end up at Forest or Villa. If he stinks on loan. Nowt lost .
