If it meant shaking up our players a bit I wouldn’t be against him being involved in a non managerial capacity. He was a great player who can help nurture young talent
Pep would never have him though as his philosophy as a player is miles away from what Pep wants. Some players are just not cut out to be the main man, but have a huge amount to offer. I can see Shrek being in this capacity. Like Kidd was
