See if you feel the same way when we don't qualify for Europe because our Manager lost the plot.

I am all for a bit of loyalty to the Man who has overseen this era of unparalleled success,

We have gaping holes in Midfield because of his neglect. We need additions in this area right now just to try and finish Top 4.

Pep answer is to spunk £200 million on defenders for the future......seriously what the actual fuck is this about.

I am certain It is all going to end in Tears for us and the Club because of misplaced loyalty.

The end of this season we will be finishing the lowest we have ever finished since the take over. It will cost us the annual £25 ,000 000 Pep Wages + a minimum £100 000 000 in Champions League revenue + Prem prize money + we will have fuck all for the New Guy to spend as Pep sits there working his Ticket for the final 12 months of his contract with no European football.

This misplaced loyalty is going to put us back 10 years, you wait and see,

He badly needs to be removed from the situation for the good of his mental health and the good of the Club. His bizarre behaviour, his non existent game management. His ridiculous substitutions that cause us to capitulate.

The Wheels are coming off, it is clear to anyone with a Brain to see. There is no signs of improvement. And i am not expecting anything other than chastening heavy defeats to the sides we play in the coming weeks. We play and are managed like Naive School Kids. 2-0 in Paris and still we play the stupid high line incapable of protecting what we have. Zero game management, and it is every week against anything other than shit bottom side teams. He is anything other than an Elite Manager right now. I would literally take mostly any other manager to try and steady the ship.Try and get what he can out of players with limitations who are old and slow. Instead of some Mad scientist carrying on regardless of the Squad limitations because of age. Teams walk through us, Pep answer we need more defenders.    Maybe stick 10 of them on the Goal line after they walk through the Middle.

Where's the 200 ml on defenders. 125ml including Marmoush's 63ml leaving just over 60ml on the defenders.
If the season finished today we're in Europe.

I think ultimately we all want the same, Pep to get better and be here until he dies.
What I don't get is why do we love to hide the dirt under the rug and if somebody points it out, then that is something negative and we should ignore.

I think all of us care for this club as much as we care for our loved ones. And forever, no matter how much we say we give up on football, their performance will affect us. Because we are City, at the end of the day.
But don't hide the problems.

Stick your neck back in ffs !! Some of us were supporting this team when we were beyond fucking shit and I’m one of them fans so I’m more than entitled to voice my opinion on pep’s absolute MORONIC decisions he’s made all season long !!

He’s even admitted he’s been shit ffs !!!

In business you don’t cling on to last years success and simply ignore the fucked up current year you are having - you adapt and if you cannot you will feel the full brunt of displeasure from your shareholders / owners / etc etc - in our case of supporting a football club it’s the fans who will voice their anger —- this season isn’t about losing games , it’s about pep’s fucking ANAL decision not to sign anyone in the summer and his ANAL decisions on playing consistently shit performing players like Walker and Gundo and that useless cunt Nunes .

Stop living on past glories ffs !! the world moves on and I’ll be fucked if I ever need reminding to mind my industrial language at over paid managers and players shit performances .

Yep well said Carl.
It might be at odds with some of his performances but I think Nunes isn't a bad player but he needs to be played in his natural position and given a fair stab at it. Particularly as we have invested mega bucks getting him. Same can be said of Gvardiol, who has impressed despite being slung in at LB. A guy who we have really ruined is Grealish. Thought he would have been superb for us but he has been shackled and restrained by our rigid style of play.
Perversely Akanji who cost nothing and is an average journeyman destined to make up squad numbers
has been given untold starts and chances. I've only liked Akanji in a couple of games and that was when he played at LB and linked up well with Grealish. PEP obviously doesn't see what I see

It was always pep’s mission in his footballing life as a manager to get his players to play in multiple positions-he gets so many accolades when he improves some players but I honestly think he ruins some players by paying them in unnatural position's and that gets swept under the carpet as if it never happened.

The big worry for me is that he's going to crawl up his own arse like José the special one did. He was very successful for, what turned out for him to be, a very short time. He succumbed very easily and too soon. We obviously cannot deny the unprecedented success we've had over the last 8 years and of course Pep has to take a very large slice of credit for that. The only thing I will say regarding that success is that it should have been even better. We should probably have two more CL wins to our name. The Chelsea final was a travesty and I place the blame for that defeat squarely on his shoulders for the total brainfart in leaving both Fern and Rodri out of that final....I still cannot fathom that one. And of course the semi when we had Real beaten and we let two in at the death. The strange decision making, as with José, is ramping up at quite a rate. Almost every match there is some bizarre unfathomable decisions being made as he tries to continually justify to himself and the world of his genius (typical behaviour of narcissists). He's set the bar very high and as good teams do eventually, they reach the height of the bar and jump over it as we are witnessing time and time again this season. Clubs have worked us out and no answers are being presented. I personally think he's finished, he's done and will go the way of José, either on the international scene or fail with a couple of other stellar clubs. There are a couple of startling failures as mentioned in one of the other threads. Grealish for example, a massive talent in midfield for Villa and that talent has been trained out of him....he is not a fucking winger in a month of Sundays. I'm actually getting a bit worried about Haaland, I've started to lose confidence when he's one on one and I think he has too. So, now we clearly have to rebuild...some seemingly good youngsters are being bought, we have Esheveri to come with Bobb and Rodri to return, so things will definitely get better soon. A summer window to come and probably next season will be too soon. I think we're just going to have to take a sabbatical for this season (obviously) and probably next season too...and after that fuck knows !!!

You are getting worse and worse week after week -
If you have any decency then you should just resign and fuck off and sort out your mental problems as you are embarrassing us all season long with no light at the end of the tunnel - you buy a fucking defender to fill a gap and decide not to play him !! How many 10’s of millions did you spend on him ?

Pep Guardiola is the problem at Man City this season - a top top manager would use the tools at his disposal much better than he has done,,,, cannot see Ancelotti repeating pep’s mistakes and I doubt he would have made them in the first place !

It’s depressing watching us being embarrassed every now and again and it’s unforgivable.

You can blame the players all you want - it’s the manager who sets us up and it’s the manager who decides who’s playing where - fucking abysmal !!

I wanted him to stay, but week after week makes me want see him go.
Not the form, not the bad season, but the defiance of making the same mistakes and refusal to try and solve what is absolutely obvious.

We haven’t got the players to dig us out of this. He can’t be blamed for not wanting to strengthen last Summer but with Rodri cruelly out and so many injuries we were very exposed. He hung on to one or two players for a season too long and his small squad strategy came up badly short.

Actually exactly from that he should be blame because he is getting the big bucks to see and anticipate injuries, players getting old. And no one brings players over his head.

The pep apologists hate reading this but it’s very fucking relevant.
He’s paid 25 million fucking pounds a year to not make those mistakes ffs !!

And like I said in the match thread , even when he has a full team at his disposal he has never ever ever had a settled back 4 - he’s gotten away with it many times as he had the worlds best players available to him in most important areas
Of the pitch — LB has been exposed a million times but he’s gotten away with it.

This season he’s had many injuries so he has no fucking idea who else to put on and where to play them - he’s made it up as he’s gone along and that’s why we are where we are.

Can anyone ever remember playing some team off the park and then he plays the exact same team for the next game ?

Neither can I !

I agree with that point but let’s not pretend the main problem is selection errors. He had huge faith in his small squad. Understandable after what they delivered over the years. A combination of circumstances means it’s blown up in his face this season. Apparently he was pissed off with the collapse in the last hour as we all were. Not acceptable as we’d all agree. Still that midfield just can’t cope against a half decent pressing side. Then the defence comes under huge pressure and can’t cope either. Rodri and Dias were our best leaders. Neither on the pitch today and it showed,

We keep getting these hammerings surely even Pep cannot be immune from a “review of performance “ I cannot remember how many games we have conceded four & now five goals, but it must be a record under Pep

Take our medicine. It’s been a long long time. It’s not nice but part and parcel. We were fine for an hour, boring as fuck, should have gone for them, We didn’t and fell apart after a fluke !!!! It will happen again this season we have no fight. Pep will have it sorted without some of the players who have run there race. Cycle over as we all can see.
