Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

A gentle session today and some good news and not so good news.
Good news that Vinnie was out looking fine but not so good that Bellers wasn't out and Bridge disappeared very early on a buggy. I was told Bellers was fine so probably just precautionary and I expect the same for Bridge if he felt a little twinge or something.
Basically nothing more than a loosener today. After the initial gathering with Mancini and some jogging around the pitch in formation followed by plenty of stretching they split into a two groups. One just doing a keep ball circle and the other group to work on attacking corners. This lasted a while but when it looked like they would get into something more they called it a day.
Tevez and Ade stayed to do some finishing practice.RSC and Garrido knocked the ball around between themselves and NDJ/Vinnie/Zaba and Vieira played head tennis . The rest went inside.
The only excitement was when a fellow spectator made the long trip around the ground to get nearer to where they were training and I was only to fall foul of the undergrowth and get some nasty scratches. As we were starting to leave City's doc came to the rescue with some gauze to clean it up and hopefully stop gangrine setting in plus some bandages to make him look like a wounded hero.

At least Bridge was nursing his 'slight' injury but Silvinho went out driving a buggy and threatening to run somebody over.

Dunno why I found that line funny!
Cheers doug, at least Tevez and Bellers are ok.
Please God all this talk is put to practice on the pitch on Sunday. If we beat them, its gonna be very hard not to get pretty damn excited! I wish the match was tomorrow...
