Just listened to an interview with Nypan. Discussing his loan at Middlesbrough and his development. Very level headed for an 18 year old. Top future ahead hopefully. Worth a listen on BBC sport website.

I saw his assist when he came on as a sub at Preston last week- very direct and quick footed. There is a lot of noise around this kid but as you say, he seems level haaded which speaks of his nordic roots. Happy that he's getting game time at Boro and they're doing well which surprises me under Jones. I like the look of this kid, think we've found a future gem

We've found a few good youngsters but we rarely see them. I'd be surprised if he becomes a first team player for us
