He’s been poorly advised on this. Can’t imagine the higher ups will approve?

I’d imagine he would have thrown his own toys out of the cot if city had said no - he’s not used to City saying no.

Maybe baldy wants us to "keep it to football" too... instead of flying off to a fuckign Palestinian concert or ranting about world issues while the team ships three to fucking Bodo and we barely make the CL next stages.

Harry, it seems to have hit a nerve with you. If it bothers you that much start a topic in the Fez section for discussion. Like fifa's award to the Don , politics has no place in football. Also, in an open forum that can be read by anyone around the world

Fair enough point Zuri but you can blame one person for the anger on this site (and that anger does fall into many thousands of city fans worldwide ) and that person manages Man City.
It’s been said numerous times , Pep’s paid millions by City to manage the team and win trophies—not to use his massive platform for political speeches on his ‘day off.’ It drags the club and us fans into controversies we didn’t sign up for. When he leaves the job, fine—do whatever activism he wants. Until then, focus on football. Simple as that.

Not blaming anyone Carl probably some very valid points to be discussed too . We have to self-regulate. I think everyone that comments on this site enjoys the fact that other than this particular forum with politics, the other forums are open for free banter. btw, on my days off I take the dog for a walk.

I think he was an absolute world beater before his relationship with the Love Island host.

I also take my dog for walks every day - we always discuss what kind of steak he fancies that particular day - we never venture into politics though .
PS - I totally agree with you

I don't like sports personalities using their sporting platform to push their polical opinions. No problem with them doing it afterwards when they retire.
A high proportion of Spain support Gaza, particularly in the separatist areas , Basque and Catalan.
People are entitled to their opinions. I think pep should concentrate on his day job

You are correct with everything you say Zuri, it has touched a nerve. You only have to look where I live & see why I detest terrorism. I also cannot abide virtue signalling multi millionaires like Pep preaching about issues they know fuck all about. However I am going to take your advice & not get involved in such matters in the future. Thanks for the advice.
